The Police are looking for the owners of an arsenal of stolen jewels in Valencia

There are dozens of jewels between chains, watches, earrings, rings, bracelets and medalsin addition to banknote and coin collections, both Spanish and foreign that, at the moment, have no known owner. But the National Police hopes they have it. It’s about the loot that agents of the robbery group confiscated one criminal organization made up of three Georgian citizens and specialized in home invasion who are accused of at least eleven assaults on homes in Valencia, Torrent and Paterna, to which they agreed using a fake key.

Some stolen jewelry have already been able to be reintegrated into their owners thanks to the fact that they had denounced the robo and described each piece, but many others remain in the hands of the Police, without being able to attribute them to anyone yet.

The jewelry exhibition will be open Monday and Tuesday, May 9 and 10, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Police Headquarters, in Gran Vía Ramón y Cajal, 40 in Valencia

For this reason, once the classic avenues of investigation have been exhausted – tracking down complaints and comparing the jewels with other similar ones – the Police Headquarters of Valencia has decided expose them to the public in its facilities, in order to anyone who experienced a jewelry theft prior to April 14 can go to see them and try recognize them among those displayed.

Obviously, potential owners must prove ownershipor through possible Photographs prior to theft, invoices of purchase, documents proving the inheritance or, at a minimum, data that may correspond to the jewelry inscriptions, if they have them, as well as the complaint (if they have presented it) of the robbery in your home.

The exposure this will be done Monday and Tuesday, May 9 and 10, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. uninterruptedly, in the meeting room of the Higher Police Headquarters of Valencialocated in the 40 of the Gran Vía Ramón y Cajal in Valencia.
