Passers-by informed the police about the damage to the flower beds in the Alley of Heavenly Hundred Heroes.
The offender was detained and taken to the police station. It turned out to be a native of Donetsk region, born in 1980, who could not explain the motives of his act.
The incident was registered in the unified register of statements and messages of the Pechersk police department. The question of determining the legal qualifications is being resolved.
