According to data shared by Spotify, on how its users received the reunion episode, the iconic main theme of Friends “I’ll be there for you” by the group The Rembrandts, has achieved more than 137 million views worldwide.
Added to this success is “Smelly Cat”, the song written especially for the sitcom and performed by Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow), and which was played more than 1.5 million times in its three versions on the platform.
Of course, the most listened to version is the last one made by Lisa Kudrow with Lady Gaga, a scene that also became a success.
To all the above, Spotify adds that the list of Official reproduction of Friends on its platform, it saw an 80% increase in recent weeks.
And it would all be thanks to users between 14 and 18 years old.
