Users often like to compare the implementation of certain elements in different games. For example, a few months ago they spent parallels between remake of Mafia and Grand Theft Auto V… And now the enthusiasts have knocked their heads Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and the very first part of the famous Ubisoft series for one curious aspect – the protagonist’s reaction to being hit by an arrow. The result was quite unexpected.
Forum user Reddit under the pseudonym xxStefanxx1 published a video in which he compared about the same moments from Valhalla and the first Assassin’s Creed. In the last part of the series, Eivor, sitting on a pole, calmly accepts arrows with his chest: he is bombarded with shells, but he only twitches slightly and loses his health. And then xxStefanxx1 showed Altair’s reaction in a similar position: after the first arrow, the protagonist got up a little, jerked back and fell, waving his arms. This is a much more realistic scenario, as an arrow will cause anyone to lose their balance.

Visitors to Reddit liked the video, and they gave it almost 75 thousand pluses. And in the comments, a controversy flared up about which parts of the series are better – old or new, starting with Origins.
