With the launch of the new Sportworld on Samsung Smart TVs, B1 SmartTV now gives all sports fans centralized and clear access to the variety of sports. Sportworld aggregates all sports content with the further developed EPG function, which is fed from over 35 sports broadcasters. In this way, Sportworld becomes a shop window for all sports providers.

B1 SmartTV creates exclusive “Samsung Sport Package”
Sportworld makes it easy for sports fans to secure the variety of sports with just one comprehensive subscription. Because the exclusive “Samsung Sport Package” from B1 SmartTV bundles the pay offers from twelve well-known sports broadcasters. The offer initially costs EUR 14.99 per month. But even without a subscription, sports fans get their money’s worth. In addition to the EPG function, all Sportworld users can look forward to a specially curated “24/7 Sportworld” channel, which makes highlight formats from the broadcast partners freely accessible and thus enables insights into the quality of the package.

Made for Germany
Sportworld is part of Samsung’s current nationwide “Made for Germany” campaign. Anyone who purchases a Samsung promotional device from the current 2022 model series will receive the “Samsung Sport Package” in Sportworld for up to 12 months – depending on the model category – free of charge.

The end of the media break
With the help of the latest technologies, B1 SmartTV is also heralding the end of the media break: the Sportworld mobile app, which will be released shortly, will enable users to have latency-free and smart interaction options between Smart TV and mobile device. In Sportworld, for example, selected live events can be experienced with the patented “NativeWaves EXP” multi-view technology from B1 SmartTV partner NativeWaves.
“With NativeWaves EXP, sports fans experience their favorite events in a new, personalized and immersive way, and become much more involved in the action,” said Christof Haslauer, CEO of NativeWaves.
