The people are praying for the rain to come, the rulers are praying that they will not ruin their mandate. It’s just that the latter could do more than that.
There is aircraft which can cause rain.
These aircraft must climb to an altitude of 3,000 meters and disperse chemicals that have the role of attracting water droplets to cause precipitation.
These are 3 substances: silver iodide, sodium chloride and solid carbon dioxide. These substances can attract water droplets from the clouds.
This method was used as an experiment in Muntenia and Moldova, and rainfall increased by 0.5 liters per square meter to 10 liters.
These planes could save 5 million hectares of land from drought, and they have already been used for decades by countries such as Greece, Bulgaria, Spain and the United States.
The planes have attached to their wings some pyrotechnic torches which, launched in the clouds, can lead to precipitation.
More than 80% of the world’s drought-affected countries already use this technology.
The first such plane will most likely become the property of the Romanian state in 2024.
