The Hubble Space Telescope orbits 547 kilometers above Earth and is usually busy taking pictures of galaxies billions of light-years away, not nearby planets like Saturn.
There is a very easy way to tell that this photo was not taken with the Hubble Space Telescope. If the Sun were really behind Saturn, then this photo should have been taken from Saturn orbit. Had the photo been taken by the Hubble Space Telescope as claimed, then both the Hubble Space Telescope and Earth would have gone too close to Saturn, and we would have froze to death long before the picture was taken.
