DIET FOR SLIMMING, THE WEEKLY DIET which provides an intake of 1,200 calories per day, of which at least 35-40% to be concentrated in the first meal of the day, which must include all the macronutrients necessary for the well-being of the body. In addition to satisfying the palate and starting the day with the right energy, it allows you to lose up to 2 kg in a week, as long as it is associated with a good level of physical activity.
MONDAY
– Breakfast: unsweetened green tea; 2 slices of toasted wholemeal bread with lean fastener, honey and 6-7 chopped pistachios; half a banana.
– Snack: green tea; 1 apple.
– Lunch: 60 g of wholemeal pasta with tomato and basil.
– Snack: green tea; 1 kiwi.
– Price: 150 g of grilled chicken breast; 200 g of steamed spinach.
* For seasoning, 3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil are allowed per day to be divided between lunch and dinner, and 1 tablespoon of grated cheese to be added to pasta dishes or baked vegetables.
