Many people, especially adults, suffer from a severe lack of sleep, and they cannot get enough sleep due to several factors, which increases the risk of obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and recurrent mental disorder.

The study concluded that the best temperature for a good night’s sleep is between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius.
The researchers studied 50 elderly people and analyzed the conditions of 11,000 nights of sleep, including temperatures.
They found a 5 to 10 percent decrease in sleep quality with a room temperature of more than 25 degrees Celsius.
“People who cannot afford to cool their homes are at greater risk of health problems related to lack of sleep,” said lead researcher Amir Bani Saadi.
He added, “Before you go to sleep, make sure to set the temperature between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius, which will guarantee you the best night’s sleep ever.”
