The Perfect Picture on a Trip: Five Candidates Left and Rugby Mishaps

Rick Brandsteder, Leonie ter Braak, Numidia El Morabet, Wildebras and Tatum Dagelet also try to shoot the perfect picture in this episode. Soon the wheat is separated from the chaff. Rick and Tatum score best after the first assignment where they have to take a landscape photo.

That means that Leonie, Numidia and Wildebras are in the danger zone. They have to bang on the last assignment. And that is a very intensive one: they have to photograph a rugby match. Rick decides to help his buddy Wildebras by giving clues. “Those guys are going to attack now, so you better stand there”, Rick shouts from the sideline to his male competitor.

“I don’t know if it’s smart to help him, but I want Wildebras to stay in the program,” he later explains. Rick’s worst nightmare is getting to the next episode with Tatum, Leonie and Numidia. “It would be something if I stayed here with three of those chickens later.”

In itself, Rick is right, because one of the chickens runs through the field like a headless chicken during the assignment. “Here they come”, Tatum shouts enthusiastically at first. But then it turns out that she has stepped into the field of the rugby players. “Oh my god, I’m in the field,” she screams as she runs away from the men. “I’m ashamed of those players. I just got in the way.”

Time for the final assessment. And it soon turns out that Leonie has flashed herself out of the danger zone, because she wins the second assignment. It is still between Numidia and Wildebras and the latter has to clear the field. “It’s very unfortunate,” says Bras. “Normally I’m a bad loser, but when I put it on the scale and see what I’ve gotten in return: getting to know beautiful people and I’ve also started to grow as a person and as a photographer.”

Now Wildebras has to go home. “I thought it was really great, man. You really only experience this once in your life. I think I should be proud of myself. (…) This warrior is going home. It is what it is.”
