“It’s the meat juice,” explains Anja, who grew up on a farm. Some drops even hit her bare feet. The mother of two daughters quickly takes a rag and wipes away the spatter: “Looks bloody now, right?”
The deer that Anja wants to show her guests in the evening was shot by her father, who is a hunter, especially for her the day before, as she reveals. “You can’t get more organic,” emphasizes the brunette.
