Tiassalé, May 29, 2021 (AIP) – The chief doctor of the general hospital of Agboville, Dr Séa Armand, invited the populations to donate more blood to save lives during the blood donation day held on Thursday May 27, 2021, at the municipal market roundabout.
Dr Sea spoke after the collection of 44 blood bags at the initiative of the General Hospital of Tiassalé. He appealed to all communities so that henceforth, blood donation be integrated into mores and that it be done cyclically.
He believes that donating blood saves lives, but also strengthens the donor’s immunity through the renewal of his red blood cells.
The chief doctor of the Agboville general hospital intends to communicate on the blood donation whenever necessary in order to show the interest and the stakes, because the needs are real in the hospitals and the lives of many patients and injured depends on it.
