The PC version of God of War: Ragnarok received the 6th update with improvements

Sony Santa Monica and Jetpack Interactive announced the release of the sixth update for the PC version of God of War: Ragnarok. According to the official notes, the patch fixes several glitches, improves performance on AMD processors, improves tessellation quality, and improves mouse aiming behavior. Additionally, the patch also adjusts dialogue audio levels.

  • Fixed a crash in the UI when opening some magazine pages
  • Fixed a crash that could occur when controllers were disabled or quickly enabled
  • Fixed a crash that could occur in various locations in Vanaheim
  • Better performance of AMD Zen1 and Zen2 processors in areas where the game was CPU limited
  • Tessellation in Realm Between Realms has been increased to PS5 quality
  • Note that the performance issue related to tessellation is fixed in NVIDIA drivers 565.90 or higher
  • Fixed an issue that caused the snapper to jump quickly between targets when using the mouse. Now it will be more “sticky”, requiring more effort to change goals
  • Fixed an issue that caused attack tokens to appear incorrectly when using frame generation
  • Fixed an issue where cinematic dialogue audio was quieter than expected
