Immorante Invest announced on Tuesday that the payment of the 4th quarterly yield for the year 2022, set at 1 dirham per share, is expected on December 22nd.
The date of the separation is set for December 13, Immorante Invest said in a statement.
And remember that the company has implemented, since September 2021, an innovative scheme to intensify its distributions by switching to a quarterly rhythm, with 4 annual installments instead of just one.
All quarterly payments are the same amount except for the second participant after the closing of the annual accounts, in July, which is larger than the other three payments, the same source points out.
For the year 2022, the payment of the 1st quarterly yield (1 dirham/share) was made on 28 April, that of the 2nd yield (2.5 dirhams/share) on 6 July and that of the 3rd (1 dirham/ action) on 29 September.
