The first edition kicked off at the National Blood Transfusion Center (CNTS) on February 23rd.
This high sense of citizenship was appreciated by Senegalese. And some have not hesitated to make a bill so that the blood type of every citizen, like driving licenses, is mentioned on our national identity card.
