The passage of Paris-Nice to Draguignan finally canceled

Change of program!

The 81st edition of the Paris-Nice cycling event was to pass through Draguignan this Friday, March 10.

But due to strong gusts of wind, the event is canceled in the area.

After having criss-crossed the roads of the municipalities of La Roquebrussanne, Garéoult, Rocbaron or even Brignoles, the runners had to cross the Dracénie.

The initial route provided for a passage in front of the sub-prefecture of Draguignan, before starting the famous Tuilières coast, the old road to Grasse.

The departure initially scheduled in Tourves at 11.40 am has also been relocated. The cyclists will finally leave from Montauroux.

Traffic will therefore not be interrupted in Draguignan, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. And parking will be allowed as usual.
