On the penultimate matchday of Serie A, champions Juventus did not spoil themselves with fame: the Turins suffered a 0-2 defeat in the evening game against Cagliari.

After the old lady had made the championship title perfect on Sunday, on Wednesday it seemed as if the party hangover was still in the bones of the Bianconeri. Against Cagliari, Juventus lost 0-0 to 7 positions. The Sardinians took the lead after only 8 minutes, when Gagliano only needed to insert after Mattiello’s header. In injury time of the first half, Simeone made it 2-0 and the preliminary decision. Cristiano Ronaldo was ineffective for over 90 minutes – the dream of the top scorer may have burst. His competitor Ciro Immobile has moved on to 35 hits, Ronaldo stops at 31.
Torino and the Roma, on the other hand, had a spectacle, with the capitals having the better end for themselves with 3: 2. This means that Nicoló Zaniolo & Co. can no longer be displaced from 5th place in the table.
Already in the early evening Lazio and Milan each celebrate victories. The fight for second place remains open until the end: Inter (79 points), Atalanta (78) and Lazio (78) are still fighting for it.
