The mandate holder Nastimir Ananiev took the most of the money of the “Change” this time – BGN 1.2 million.
The youngest “Vazrazhdane” receives more than Slavi’s people because of the agreement of ITN to receive BGN 1 per vote
The only party outside the parliament, IMRO, is entitled to BGN 56,644.
A total of BGN 4,465,038 was received by 4 parties and 4 coalitions during the Easter from the state. It is
the first tranche for the year from the party subsidies,
which the Ministry of Justice has translated.
Such payment is received by the parties and coalitions that passed 1 and 4%, respectively, in the last parliamentary elections. According to the Law on Political Parties, the subsidy is paid in 4 equal tranches during the year – until April 30, June 30, September 30 and December 20.
The subsidy is equal to BGN 8 per actual vote received. And the only party that takes only a lev a vote is “There are such people”. Slavi Trifonov’s people themselves agreed on this amount of payment with the caretaker Minister of Justice Yanaki Stoilov last year, after their idea of all parties receiving the same amount was rejected in the 46th National Assembly. The ITN has threatened to resubmit its proposal to the current 47th parliament, but so far no such proposal has been received.
At the beginning of the year, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Asen Vassilev also spoke about a new approach to the payment of the party subsidy. According to him, the subsidy should be formed in such a way that “it more precisely meets the need of the parties to maintain a network for communication with the voters.” So far, however, no proposal for change has been received from there.
The largest coalition in the parliament “We continue the change” took the most money from this tranche – BGN 1,346,340. The money in the formation is divided between 3 parties – “Volt”, “Middle European Class” (SEC) and Political Movement. The Social Democrats. Of the current tranche, Nastimir Ananiev’s Volt party took the most money – BGN 1,211,706. In the translation of the last tranche at Christmas, the Social Democrats went the most – BGN 637,390, who do not have a single member of parliament. However, the formation explained that according to their agreement with this money they are building structures of the PP in the country.
The subsidy was then calculated for 1 month and a half – from the swearing in of the deputies in the 47th National Assembly until the end of the year. And now it is for the period from January 1 to March 31, with the Social Democrats and the SEC receiving BGN 67,317 each.
From the coalition’s subsidy, he also received “We continue the change”, which was established as a party last month. However, it is not clear what part he collects under the coalition agreement.
The reason why they are not officially translated by the Ministry of Justice is that for the elections in November it was not registered as a party, but uses the registration of the other 3 formations in the coalition.
BGN 1,192,912 were taken by GERB-UDF as the second largest parliamentary force. From them
the party of Boyko Borisov has received BGN 1,152,474
and the blue ones – BGN 40,438.
The BSP for Bulgaria distributes the most money among the formations within the coalition. A total of BGN 535,634 went to her. Of these, BGN 4,250 received 4 parties – “Political Club of Thrace”, “Communist Party of Bulgaria”, “New Dawn”, “Political Club Ecoglasnost”. The remaining BGN 506,634 are in the accounts of the BSP.
The MRF took BGN 682 thousand, and “There is such a people” – BGN 62,436.
In “Democratic Bulgaria” the smallest share of a total of BGN 333,936 of this tranche is for “Green Movement” – BGN 41,742. The rest – “Yes, Bulgaria” and “Democrats for a Strong Bulgaria” share BGN 146,097 each.
Against its 13 deputies, Vazrazhdane now receives BGN 255,136.
The only party with a subsidy outside parliament is the IMRO. In the elections in November, she won 1.08%, against which she is entitled to BGN 56,644 in April.
