Christine Phillips years ago she was the heroine of the TLC show “My 600-lb Life,” where her horrific story was documented. A 22-year-old girl at the time weighed more than 300 kilograms and could not go into the other room without breathing hard. Obesity and health problems forced her to stay at home, so she decided to rely on television experts. Today her life seems completely different.
Show attendee TLC lost nearly a quarter of a ton. Today he is a different person
Christina entered the program hoping to earn a new life with the help of doctors and experts. Soon girl weighing 318 kilograms she underwent bariatric surgery because, as she herself stated on camera, she no longer wanted to feel trapped in her body. Shrinking her stomach wasn’t everything, because she too dieted and started exercising as soon as her body allowed it.
I feel like a prisoner of a body in which I no longer want to be she said with tears in her eyes.
The effort paid off because today Christina weighs 84 kilograms and leads a normal life. Since the operation in 2012 the girl lost almost a quarter of a ton, specifically 227 kilograms. Her story became an inspiration for many life changes, and the participant herself gladly presents the effects of a spectacular metamorphosis on the Internet.

The 32-year-old woman also opened up about issues with body perception. She didn’t hide that when her weight stopped dropping after the metamorphosis, she panicked and didn’t eat for several days. As she stated, the thought of going back to her previous size has cast a shadow on her tremendous success in the fight against excess weight.
I don’t know what to do to finally feel different he recalled.
However, a lot has changed since then. In September, Christina welcomed into the world a son, whom she named after her Ezra. He calls her consolation the “missing element” of his life and admits he couldn’t have done it if it weren’t for the changes many years ago. Phillips has managed to keep her weight off since her makeover and she’s trying to love herself the way she is.
See how it has changed. Can you believe it’s the same person?

Incredible transformation, obesity is a disease, it has undergone treatment and there are effects, bravo 😊
For people who are so monstrously overweight, gastric bypass surgery is the only way out
Telling someone to eat less isn’t always a good idea. I actually have nutritional issues, i.e. I eat compulsively, I also suffer from depression and have been in a day psychiatric ward for 3 months, plus two years of psychotherapy. And my husband has ADHD. Sometimes it’s hard, but we support each other. I can’t imagine being with someone who would just say “take control” and looking at him, how he feels sometimes, I know that speech from him would just kill you. We understand each other without words. And contrary to appearances, we don’t sit down and cry. We are generally happy people. But when one of them feels worse, the other hugs him, comforts him, makes him tea or rubs his back. Such little things. Always together. And since February I have lost 21 kg.

Did you see obese people in pictures in Auschwitz? And now they say obese because such genes or Hashimoto’s … I just understand that everyone loses weight differently slower or faster, and the best thing is when obese people get tattoos to distract attention 🙃
I eat, I don’t eat and I can’t gain weight
I have a rule to eat not to eat and I have always been skinny after pregnancy, also I don’t gain weight because I don’t eat for two and normally
How do you weigh 300 kg?! 😯 I am 176cm, weigh 75kg and feel fat and want to lose 10kg. I bought a spinning bike and I ride it every day for 1 hour, I drink a lot of water and after 2 weeks I can already see the effects 🙂💪
I know that one less food = health
An old reheated schnitzel. No one writes that the girl, having lost weight, was so afraid of gaining weight that it almost drove her to anorexia.
What a beautiful girl now
The baby in one photo is already round.
