The parents of the murdered Gabby Petito accuse the police and file a lawsuit for 50 million dollars

On 11 September, Petito’s family reported the young woman’s disappearance to the police. Northport police visited the Lowndry home that evening, but the relatives “simply told them how to contact their lawyer,” said Josh Taylor, a spokesman for law enforcement.

Londri’s parents told law enforcement that they saw their son for the last time on September 14, when he was leaving for the natural park. The phone, purchased ten days ago, was left at the parents’ home and is now in the possession of the FBI.

On September 20, Petito’s remains were found in a Wyoming wildlife park. The initial opinion of the medical examiner – Petito was murdered.

A federal arrest warrant was issued against Londry for illegally using another person’s credit card. Brian had refused to cooperate with law enforcement, so the FBI had previously identified him as a “person of interest” in the case.

In January of this year, Petito’s fiancé admitted his responsibility for the woman’s death. Brian Londry shot himself a few weeks after Petito was found strangled in September.

A lawyer representing Londry’s family said the case caused immense emotional pain and suffering to all who loved them.
