RAWDON | One week after having prohibited residents of other regions from accessing it, Parc des Chutes-Dorwin, in Rawdon, is once again accessible to all.

However, certain measures have been put in place, including a limit of 500 cars in the parking lot. In addition, some 1,200 people may be on site at the same time.
For those who are tempted to resume certain old habits to thwart the rules, they should beware.
The tickets will be tripled, especially for those who park in the entrance of a private residence or in the surrounding streets. It will therefore cost $ 150 per offender.
The opening hours have also been revised: the site is now accessible from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Rawdon also called on a security firm to monitor the site. To avoid billing the residents of the municipality, the price of the bracelet was increased by $ 2.
Despite this reopening, it was calm on Wednesday when around twenty people were there that afternoon. This is a long way from the impressive number of people who went there two weeks ago, forcing the closure of the place.
