François Basto is baker for twenty years. Five years ago, he took over the Boulangerie du Parc, opposite the Vélodrome, and has continued to offer quality products and service since then, and to work with regional products to offer homemade products. He received the “Gold Artisan” baker certification label on Friday. A label which selects exceptional craftsmen and which aims to promote the artisanal know-how of the region’s catering trades. Currently they are close to 300 artisans to have obtained it….
