The Palma del Río Hospital, a center attached to the Reina Sofía University Hospital that began its activity at the beginning of last November, goes a step further with the incorporation of new services. This Friday the program of rehabilitation for neurological patientsa particularly vulnerable group -because they are people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), who have suffered a stroke or other neurological pathologies-, who previously traveled to the Reina Sofía Hospital.
This incorporation has motivated the reinforcement of the template with more physiotherapists, auxiliary nursing care technicians (TCAE) and orderlies to care for these patients in the hospital gymnasium facilities.
