The Palacio de Congresos de València and the Association of Blood Donors of the Province of Valencia have signed a collaboration agreement whereby the venue will assign its facilities to carry out donation campaigns.
The president of the municipal body, Emiliano García, pointed out that this collaboration begins with the aim of “promoting blood donation among the Valencian population, increasing the awareness of citizens and favoring the social commitment of both entities,” said the council of the city in a statement.
“This agreement gives continuity to the work carried out together with the association during the months of the pandemic and opens a new avenue of collaboration between both organizations to extend the solidarity work, even more necessary in these times,” he stressed, and valued that the Palacio de Congresos “takes a further step in its commitment to society.”
