The Pacific Fires, 5 Russian Warships Threaten America’s Combat Fleet

VIVA – Five units of Navy warships Russia (VMF) succeeded in hunting down and tracking the activities of a number of foreign submarines, in military operations in the Pacific Ocean. Russian military also deployed at least 20 warships to the world’s largest territorial waters.

VIVA Military reported in the news last Thursday 10 June 2021, the Russian Navy deployed 20 warships in a large-scale exercise in the Pacific. This exercise is the largest in the history of the Russian Federal Republic since the end of the Cold War 30 years ago.

In the quoted report VIVA Military from Anadolu Agency, the Russian Navy not only deployed surface ships consisting of guided missile destroyers, frigates and corvettes. However, there are also submarines that take part in the exercise.

Russia’s massive military exercise aims to deal with the threat of enemy submarines, which are capable of various actions in combat. Like those of the Russian military, submarines are capable of reconnaissance, tracking, and launching intercontinental nuclear ballistic missiles.
