He is adamant that Ahmed Dogan and persons related to him have no legal basis to be in the two properties.
“In connection with the tension created by certain persons in front of the property owned by “Delta Epsilon” in the city of Sofia, Boyana district, as well as in view of their spreading speculations to the public and the media that party documentation and personal belongings are found there to Ahmed Dogan, I declare the following:
Let the persons who claim such a circumstance provide the competent authorities with a complete list of these documents and items, and if indeed such are found on the territory of the property, I will provide full assistance in providing the same to these authorities in order to guarantee their inviolability.
At the same time, I express concern and worry about the situation that has arisen, as well as the possibility of damage to the property of the companies of which I am the owner and representative. But I point out again that both Ahmed Dogan and other persons related to him do not have any legal basis to reside in the properties owned by “Delta Epsilon” and “Hermes Solar” in the city of Sofia, Boyana district and in Rosenets Park “, reg. Burgas.
I appeal to the law enforcement authorities to ensure the security of both the property of these companies and myself and my family”says Danail Papazov’s letter.
