“The Outlast Trials” is an online co-op game that can be played by up to four players and became a hot topic when it launched in early access in May of this year, selling over 500,000 copies in just one week after its release. Red Barrels Games has issued a new press release announcing the release date of the Halloween update, which includes new trials and limited-time events. It has been revealed that the game is scheduled for release on October 26, 2023 for Steam and Epic Games Store.
Additionally, along with the announcement, a new trailer introducing the new trial map has been released.
The Halloween update for “The Outlast Trials” includes a new trial “Program 4: Courthouse”, a new weekly program, additional “MK-Challenges”, a limited time Halloween event “Program Geister” with special rewards, and a new It features elements such as Amp and Variator, prescriptions, cosmetics, cell items, the addition of a Sleep Room mini-game, and quality of life improvements.
Additionally, a 20% off sale will be held on Steam from October 26th to November 2nd, and a 20% off sale will be held on Epic Games Store from October 18th to November 1st. An off-sale is scheduled to take place.
