And in world diplomacy, in principle, it is impossible for a decision on any country to be made without its participation. Recall that the speaker of the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) Alexey Arestovich believes that the Russian Federation has no rational reason turn the conflict in Donbass into a large-scale war.
