The opposition positions itself in Mahapleu and Zonneu

On Friday, February 26, the electoral campaigns aimed at the legislative elections of March 6, 2021 got off to a real start in the constituency of Mahapleu / Zonneu with the candidate Doh Gomun Charles-Lea, speaking on behalf of his peers from the parties of the opposition.

Doh Charles Léa (candidate for Mahapleu): ” I am a candidate to finally carry the voice of our parents ”

It is with a firm look that Doh Charles-Lea, EDS candidate (close to Laurent Gbagbo), addressed his supporters and the many traditional leaders present on Friday February 26 in the public square of the Catholic school of Mahapleu .

The space was too small for the occasion for a show of force in this campaign launch. In front of the audience, the opposition candidate explained in almost an hour the reasons for his candidacy.

“My candidacy is explained first of all by a recarding of the attributions of the deputy, a determination in my capacity as candidate of EDS, to speak on behalf of the populations which, from time immemorial lacked spokesperson, and of democratization of the political life of our sector. We are the luck of these DAN people and we will be worthy of them “, he indicated.

Speaking to young people, the EDS candidate says they have reached their thirst for autonomy added to this desire to get out of the yoke of a new type of colonization marked by the grabbing of forests, mortgaged development, the dream of a good -being broken and sons imprisoned or exiled like Mangly Alphonse, ex DG of Ivorian Customs.

The platform of all opposition parties, like the PDCI, the UDPCI, the FPI and GPS, also vouched for the candidacy of Doh Charles-Lea.

“The Sacred Union of the opposition is a reality with this candidacy that we ask you to support”, added Siaba Hervé and Gba Gonta.
