The attack on the French-Lebanese bank in Nabatiyeh ended after Mahmoud Al-Abdullah (50) who stormed the bank surrendered to the internal security forces.
The bank assault process began in the middle of the day and Al-Abdullah, armed with a military pistol, announced that he would have to hand over $50,000 from his existing deposit, which is worth $200,000.
After the negotiations, the depositor, Abdullah, first handed over his weapon, after which he handed himself over to the members of the internal security forces who were inside the bank.
