Her decision to abandon the company undermines her responsibility and believes that the new human resources will be the best way to cube the changes Adidas now needs, the Washington Times quoted chairman of the board, Igor Landau, after Parkin’s resignation.

In her resignation letter, she stated that she had lost the court of employees and that she was not the first person who should make the necessary changes. Although she fully advocated against racism and discrimination, the employees’ view of her person became a nice thing for the company to be able to meet this duty.

Following Parkinov’s resignation, Adidas has announced that it will invest $ 220 million by 2025 to support the exchange of racial inequalities and dark-skinned communities. And it promised that at least 30 percent of new positions in American Adidas will be filled by talented Americans of African, Hispanic, and Latin American descent.
