Of the 983 players he met, MJ had a better point average than 982 of them in their direct confrontations. So it’s 99.9% dominance for His Airness … but not 100%.
The offending ? A certain Allen Iverson. It was The Answer, who landed in the league in 1996 and therefore faced the Jordan Bulls version until 1998, who was able to outperform him in scoring.
