For its part, the property was donated in 1971 to a local church by the Schulz family, after which it was divided into three plots of about 36,000 m2. Thus, the plot on which the studio is currently located has been owned by the same family since 1976, who have used it as a second residence and for family celebrations, as well as to organize weddings and as a vacation rental.
The plot maintains the essence and architecture
All this makes the plot for sale one of the most unique in the county, with the essence and architecture which it had in its beginnings, since any renovation carried out was done with the same materials and following the same style.
The art studio was designed by Steele & Van Dyk, who also took care of Snoopy’s house located in the Charles Schulz museum in Santa Rosa. In addition, this is for sale next to an adjacent empty plot of about 6,200 m2.

As for the house, built with redwood and spruce wood, has 1,484 m2 that are divided into a bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen with granite countertops, beautiful vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace.
