In early July, Coreteks reported that the Radeon RX 6600 XT would be released in August for $ 399. Although this value was stated with a question mark and the sources cannot be said to have failed, it was denied in a few days by more reliable sources, according to which AMD passed the final specifications of the card to the manufacturers, but this price was not mentioned among them.
The $ 399 price, the same as the Radeon RX 5700 XT, would be higher. On the other hand, all graphics hardware is currently sold above the recommended price, but this surcharge is generated by card manufacturers, distributors and retailers. It would therefore not be surprising if it simply set a higher MSRP to benefit from these higher prices as well.

But it would definitely not be a $ 50 or $ 150 increase (as some other sources would suggest).
At $ 349, this would be $ 20 more than Nvidia had set for the GeForce RTX 3060, which is expected to be 5-10% faster. The Radeon RX 6600 XT is expected to be released in about two weeks, on Wednesday 11 August.
