This was stated by the energy expert Elenko Bozhkov in connection with yesterday’s change of the director of the Kozloduy NPP, Ivan Genov, who was replaced by Dimitar Angelov.

In a few years, ten directors of the nuclear power plant changed and this should make an impression on everyone, he pointed out and asked how this could be in the direction of the stability of the energy system in Bulgaria.

“How are you going to extend the life of the reactors by constantly changing directors and no one can complete what they started as a program,” asked Elenko Bozhkov.
If Ivan Genov has to be compared to Dimitar Angelov in terms of experience and capabilities, the comparison will be very, very difficult and will certainly be in Genov’s favor, he added.
“The overall policy of this government is a sham and a lackey – I have been saying this for a long time and I stand behind my words,” Elenko Bozhkov was categorical.
