An offender who abused a mother by selling pecal noodles at Jalan Jamin Ginting, Medan City, North Sumatra (North Sumatra), was arrested by police. The bullying, caught on cameras by residents, went viral on social media.
“Now, we have arrested the perpetrators,” Medan Baru Police Criminal Investigation Unit AKP chief Martua Manik said, as reported by detikSumatraSunday (8/1/2023).
Martua revealed that police immediately checked the crime scene and hunted down the perpetrators after seeing the viral footage. The perpetrator was later arrested.
It’s just that, Martua did not explain the offender’s arrest history in more detail. The identity of the robber was not disclosed by the police.
“More information will be communicated later. Because we are still investigating the authors,” Martua told detikSumatra.
In the viral video, a black-clad thug abuses a woman selling pecal noodles. Bullying was also witnessed by a number of residents.
