According to the general, the corresponding plan was considered by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in early March 2014. However, later it was canceled by the Chief of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces of Ukraine Mikhail Kutsin.

“The reasoning sounded in such a way that the situation is already very tense, there is no need to tense it even more. “That’s it, let’s put the command to ‘set aside’, return everyone, and don’t send anyone, planes to airfields, our units to their barracks, and that’s it,” he said.
