the “Oberig” registry will contain information about the subpoena, the Ministry of Defense disclosed the details

In the “Oberig” Registry there will be a separate field about the status of serving a summons to a person and it will be visible if the person has not updated the data.

As the “Wave” reports, about it in the comments of DOU reported Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization.

Yes, thanks to the “Oberig” registry, it is possible to automatically verify these people without the participation of conscripts themselves. At the same time, with its help, an electronic military accounting document will be formed, which will be in the application for conscripts and will have the same legal force as a paper one. As noted, the Ministry of Defense established cooperation with the Ministry of Digital to create such an electronic military accounting document.

According to Chernogorenko, it will be convenient for both conscripts and TCC employees.

It should be noted that under the new law, when checking documents, an authorized representative of the TCC or a police officer can use technical means and specialized software with access to “Oberig”, i.e. immediately check the data.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense has already completed the functionality in “Oberiz” regarding whether a summons was served to a person or not, and when it was served.

Chernogorenko explained that the “Oberig” register has a “separate field on the status of serving a summons to a person – when it was served and what status.” At the same time, notification of conscripts takes place only in accordance with the law in person and certified by signature.

“All other methods are still not legitimate,” she emphasized.

In particular, “Oberig” continues to expand cooperation with other state registries.

  • the register of the State Tax Service;
  • the register of the State Registration of Civil Status Acts;
  • the register of the State Judicial Administration;
  • the register of the State Border Service;
  • the register of the Ministry of Education;
  • the register of the State Migration Service.

Chernogorenko also said that the Pension Fund register is in the process of being connected. From there, the Ministry of Defense will receive data about the person’s work experience, in which field he worked and what he did.

“Interaction with the State Border Service is the first case when “Oberig” not only receives information, but also gives it on request. Border guards turn to the database when it is necessary to validate the data of a person traveling abroad. Similar interaction, when the registry can give information to request, we plan with the National Police and the State Migration Service,” she explained.

According to the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, there are already more than 40 million requests for obtaining or verifying these people. It is worth noting that this happens automatically in the system without the participation of conscripts themselves, which frees them from unnecessary visits to TCC and SP.

For example, they digitized a person’s work. According to him, it can be seen that he updated the data 10 years ago.

“Before we call him to clarify the information, we submit a request from the Oberig registry to other registries to get up-to-date data,” she said.

Consequently, conscripts will have access to the “Oberig” registry through an electronic cabinet. The latest Ministry of Defense should launch this month.

The deputy minister also emphasized that thanks to the interaction of the registers, it will be possible, for example, to quickly check whether a person is a full-time student. And she will not have to run between the dean’s office and the TCC to bring the certificate.

In addition, the registry aims to prevent corruption. It is possible to detect “abnormal” behavior, such as a sharp increase in the number of people deregistered according to the results of the VLC in a separate district.

In particular, a person will see the following information about himself from “Obereg”:

  • Full Name
  • Accounting type/withdrawal date (disabled)
  • Accounting category
  • Date of birth
  • Postponement/booking/end date
  • The decision of the VLK/date of the VLK
  • Rank
  • Code and name of the military accounting specialty
  • RNOCPP
  • Unique number in the “Oberig” system
  • TCC and JV, where it is registered
  • Wanted

If certain data is incorrect, a person can contact the support service to update or obtain an algorithm for changing this data.

We will remind you that the Rada continued martial law and mobilization in Ukraine.
