Indian nutritionist Nancy Dehra shared a simple tip for those looking to lose weight that allows them to eat their fill. This was reported by the edition The Indian Express.-
It is noted that in an attempt to lose weight, many people skip meals and limit themselves to certain foods, however, according to experts, this path is not effective and can lead to health problems.
Instead of a diet, Dehra suggests practicing portion control. She advises filling two-thirds of the plate with food rich in protein, vegetables and salad, and the rest with “favorite carbohydrates.”
You need to start eating with vegetables and proteins, which saturate well, and then move on to high-calorie foods, for which the last third of the plate is allocated.
