The number of vaccines applied against COVID-19 in Mexico rises 13,839; total 618,768 doses

This Saturday they applied 13,839 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19, said the Ministry of Health.

On the other hand, the health authorities have registered 3 thousand 868 events supposedly attributable to vaccination and immunization (Esavis). Alomia noted that 99 percent of these were mild reactions.

39 of these reactions were serious, so at the time the people were hospitalized. Until this saturday only four people they are still in a health center.

“All of them are stable and evolving satisfactorily”, added Alomía.

The Director General of Epidemiology reported that 2,766 teachers in Campeche they have already received the first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

The process will be extended until next tuesday, according to what was explained by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

Basic level teachers (preschool, primary and secondary) will be inoculated between this Saturday and next Sunday, while teachers of the upper and upper middle level they will be injected between next Monday and Tuesday.
