The Minister of Education and National Literacy (MENA), Pr Mariatou Koné, signed, on September 14, an ordinance for the creation of five new regional directorates (DRENA), a decision accepted in Niakara, noted the AIP on site Sunday 18 September 2022.
These are the DRENA of Tiassalé, Sinfra and Grand-Bassam as well as those of Danané and Issia, five new regional representatives of the ministry.
“This is a healthy and very timely decision that will allow for better monitoring and optimal application in the field of directives and other instructions issued by the ministry of supervision, with the key to convincing results,” noted Jonas Touré, official in charge. in Niakara.
The city of Abidjan and that of Bouaké have four and two regional directions respectively.
