Greeting the participants of the online grand final, János Árpád Potápi, the State Secretary responsible for national policy at the Prime Minister’s Office, said:

It is not only an experience, not only a competition, but also a community-forging force that strengthens national unity, thanks to which relations between young people in Hungary and those across the border are improving, he said.

The state secretary congratulated all the finalist teams and asked the young people to keep the relationships and friendships formed during the game even after the competition is over.

The first place in the competition is a tie for Eötvös József Gimnázium 10. b. class and the Kölcsey Ferenc High School in Zalaegerszeg 11th c. became his class. The team of the Ottokár Prohászka Catholic High School in Budakesz came in second place, and the Gábor Gábor Lyceum class of Beregszász Bethlen finished in third place.

The team that takes first place in the Határtalanul high school online competition will receive a HUF 1 million prize, and the organizers will also distribute more than 1,000 additional prizes and gifts to the contestants. Preparatory teachers of the classes that reached the grand final will receive HUF 100,000 scholarships per team, and the best teams will be able to participate in the Honfoggaló camp in Noszvaj at the end of August, they said.
