More than 90 are the number of complaints filed against the three ERPs since the beginning of 2013.
For the past year, 17,738 complaints were submitted to the commission, with 308 of them directed against the services provided by electricity distribution companies. In 2012 alone, we had 38,000 inspections and complaints, and 3,000 of them were sent to the responsible authorities, noted Zlatev.
