(PLO)- There are 12 candidates who have been proposed by the State Council of Professors to the State Council of Professors for recognition as professor and associate professor in 2023.
Recently, the State Council of Professors (State Council of Professors) has announced a list of 695 candidates proposed by the Grassroots Council of Professors to consider and recognize the qualifications of professors (GS), associate professors. PGS) in 2023.
According to the published list, the Supervisory Board has requested the State Council of Education to recognize the qualifications for the title of Professor for 76 candidates and Associate Professor for 619 candidates.

As for the Jurisprudence major this year, the Jurisprudence Council has proposed to consider and recognize the qualification for the title of Professor for two candidates and the qualification for the title of PGS for 10 candidates.
Specifically, two people who are proposed to be recognized as meeting the standards for the title of Professor in 2023 are: Academician, Assoc. hometown of Bac Ninh).
Meanwhile, 10 candidates are proposed to be recognized as qualified for the title of Associate Professor of Law in 2023, including: Dr. Nguyen Thi Bao Anh, Dr. Le Lan Chi, Dr. Nguyen Trong Diep, Dr. Vien The Giang, and Dr. Duong Quynh Hoa , Dr. Tran Kien, Dr. Pham Thi Huyen Sang, Dr. Luu Quoc Thai, Dr. Mai Van Thang, Dr. Bui Huu Toan.
In 2022, there are a total of six candidates proposed by the Jurisprudence Council to be recognized as a professor and associate professor (one professor, five associate professors). All six of these candidates were considered and recognized by the State Council of State Supervisory Board as having qualified for the title of Professor, Assoc. The only person to be recognized as a professor of Law in 2022 is Mr. Nguyen Hong Thao.
In 2022, a total of 447 candidates were proposed by 28 Councils of GSCS for recognition as meeting the standards of Professor, Assoc. In which, 51 candidates were proposed to be recognized as meeting GS standards and 396 candidates were proposed to be recognized as meeting PGS standards.
Thus, compared to last year, the number of candidates proposed to be recognized for the title of Professor, PGS in 2023 has increased to 248 people.
