They also insist that if evidence of tax crimes is gathered during the audits, the materials should be handed over to the prosecutor’s office.
The mothers emphasize that it is proper for the Commission for Confiscation of Illegally Acquired Property to take appropriate legal measures when there is sufficient data on property without a legal source being established for its acquisition.
