The diversity, aspects, generations and experiences of different styles of music – on Thursdays in July and August at 20.00, Latvian artists will take the stage – from indie rock, hip hop to experimental and avant-garde improvisational music.

On the other hand, it continues on Wednesday evenings screenings of the international video art show “Udensbagali”. – an opportunity to get to know global current affairs and the latest trends in the world of video art, as well as to get a general idea of ​​its wide manifestations.

In the program:

14.07. “Pamirt” – experimental chamber music, or a mixture of neoclassical, gothic and contemporary experimental music.

21.07. Žaks, Bush, WX – representatives of Latvian hip hop, who, in contrast to other representatives of the genre, release records, but relatively rarely perform concerts.

28.07. “Amoral psychosis” – from jazz to avant-garde, an improvisational orchestra that varies in composition, but is always like a small excursion into the abilities, skills and talents of musicians to interact with each other.

4.8. Stanislavs Yudins and Asnate Rancāne – an ethnomusic duo consisting of double bass player Stanislavs Yudins and singer Asnate Rancāne. It was born from the idea of ​​combining different musical experiences.

11.08. Evija Vēbere is a Latvian singer, musician of avant-pop and indie genres, whose specific voice is difficult to confuse with someone else’s.

18.08. “Martas asinis” – a mix of indie and alternative music, a prolific band with a strong sense of humor. After a long period of silence, the band is back on the music scene.

25.08. “Šķembas” and “Šņķ” – “Šķembas” is a girl rock band that was born in the 80s and plays rock music. With changing lineups, but the group is back on track. “Šnķ” is a new generation girl punk band.

Admission is free, the series of events is supported by Riga City Council.
