/ world today news/ The West sees a threat in the presence of Donald Trump in public space. And he tries with all his might to destroy it. But what is special about Trump and why is this man so dangerous to the American establishment? Let’s try to understand it together with the political scientist Andrei Perla.
Former US President Donald Trump has been arrested. He was accused of falsifying financial documents, although the politician himself claims that he is not guilty. And he believes that this is an attempt by his enemies to remove him from the election race.
However, the arrest did not last long. Rather, we were watching a show performance. However, all signals are given and must be read correctly.
After a closed court hearing, Trump left New York. He returned to his Mar-a-Lago mansion in Florida, where he was received with honors. Speaking to his supporters, the former president said he would never have thought this could happen in America.
“The only crime I have committed is vigorously defending our nation against those who seek to destroy it,” Trump said.
According to Trump, an entire campaign was launched against him by the Democrats. He was accused of ties to Russia, and the courts, the FBI and the Department of Justice “relentlessly went after Republicans.”
But all this only increased the love of Trump supporters for their leader and, with the efforts of the Joe Biden administration, raised it to unimaginable heights.
What is the Trump phenomenon? This is what the political observer of “First Russian” Andrey Perla said in the show “Hidden Meanings”.
Who is Trump?
The political scientist recalled the joke posted by Elon Musk on Twitter (limited to Russia). He posted a photo of a young Trump asking, “Why do time travelers keep trying to kill me? I’m just a broker!”
Andrei Perla noted that in 1980, hardly anyone could imagine that this young eccentric millionaire would one day become a threat to the existence of the entire Western civilization.
“Trump is an incredible figure. He is breaking the US political system by acting strictly according to the rules that are written, declared, spoken and seemingly known to every American,” explains Perla.
“He breaks the system not by breaking the rules or circumventing them, but by acting strictly according to those rules. This is an amazing phenomenon that says a lot about this system,” noted the “Tsarigrad” interlocutor.
Trump does not come from America’s political elite or families that have controlled the Republican or Democratic parties for generations, Perla said.
Only thanks to his personal charm and talent as a politician and populist, he became the presidential candidate of the Republican Party and won the election.
“Trump is the embodiment of the very American dream that anyone can become a millionaire. And he did it at least three or four times,” continues the expert.
“He builds skyscrapers, became a politician, ran for president, won an election. What should the system do? It should applaud this person, show him to everyone else and say: look, we’ve been telling you the truth all along! But instead she’s trying to destroy him,” Perla emphasized.
Who wants to destroy it and why?
Unlike other Western politicians, Trump has his own understanding and ambitions of how to lead the country, Perla stressed. In matters of management, he listens to himself and not to others. This deprives them of the opportunity to somehow influence his decisions.
“The democracy we are told about all the time is nothing more than a sign. A decoration, but behind it a lie. The political system of the West is arranged in such a way that for the “crowd” (for the voters, for the ordinary citizens) there is a decorative democracy” , says Perla.
“In this democracy they really elect whoever they want. But the forces that actually rule the states and all this vast civilization of the West never go to elections. They don’t come out of the shadows. And instead of themselves, they send different kinds of heroes,” he said the expert.
“Sometimes they are scary characters, sometimes they are funny, he added. In the case of Ukraine, they clearly decided not to bother. They wrote a role for another puppet and gave it to a professional actor to play it. It is more convenient.”
“But Trump happened in America. A man who honestly wins the election and said: well, now I’m president, listen to me. And he started trying to govern,” says Perla.
“Reform the economy, fix some mistakes in the social sphere, announce that America turns out to be an independent country. That it is not just a part of the global world. He created the conditions for this system to break, surface and disappear,” the expert continues. .
“And even at some point in his presidency, he tried to bring to the surface and show the public opinion those puppeteers, those hidden forces of the immovable American bureaucracy that are actually in charge,” Perla said.
“One of these puppeteers mentioned by Trump is the American billionaire George Soros (at the same time, Tsarigrad has been accused of conspiracy theories for many years – and here is the statement of Trump himself). And he is not the only one there,” added Perla.
Andrey Perla paid attention to how the elections are held in Russia and the USA. According to our citizens who emigrated abroad, the difference between them is obvious.
“In Russia, the polling station is bright, spacious and transparent. There are cameras hanging everywhere, observers are sitting. And you go to the polling station in “one-story America” - there is a shed. Three people sit in the election commission, they don’t fit anymore. And a table. On the table has a pencil. Erase it, I don’t want that mark,” said the expert.
It also happens to simply vote in the open air. At the same time, the ballots themselves do not have any degree of protection, Perla noted. You can print as many of them as you want on the printer.
“In America, for example, people can vote by mail. They are said to have a lot of confidence in the institution of democracy and that allows them not to deal with scrutiny,” he explains.
“But it is a fact that their institution of democracy has nothing to do with real governance. But it does in our country,” the expert is emphatic.
“We have cameras everywhere, monitors, anti-fraud and fear of “carousels”. We, honest people, did as it says in a book called “democracy”. And they didn’t. And Trump really showed us this,” Andrey concluded Pearl.
