PUTZLEINSDORF/MÜHLVIERTEL. The video clip series by the association My4tl is called “Vom damachen & zruckkema”, in which young people from the Mühlviertel talk about their lives, their ideas and visions. Episode number 5 is now online.
Renate Höglinger and Michael Ecker from the Höglinger organic butchery in Putzleinsdorf tell us what it’s like to take over a butcher’s business as a career changer, why responsible handling of animals and food is their top priority and why they both like living in the Mühlviertel.
In the previous episodes, Peter Leitner (Pedacola inventor), photographer and graphic artist Anika Ecker, the organic farmers and snack bar operators Anneliese and Johannes Steinmayr, and vegetable producer Christian Berlinger all had their say.
