In connection with the Sony Playstation Showcase 2021 event, Rockstar Games presented new material for the new next-gen version of Grand Theft Auto 5. The next-gen version of the game will include a number of graphic updates and technical improvements.
The game, which was originally scheduled to be released on November 11 for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X / S, will now be released sometime in March 2022. At the same time, a standalone version of the game’s online mode, GTA Online, will also be released for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X / S.
Grand Theft Auto 5 was originally released in 2013 for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. In 2014, what was at the time a next-gen version of the game was released for Playstation 4 and Xbox One, followed by a PC version in 2015.
