The newly founded maxolen Austria GmbH in Salzburg is a wholly owned subsidiary

The team and core of the new Austrian formation in the “maxolen” comeback are well-known veterans in the sales team of the field and office sales, with many years of sales history with the maxolen brand in Austria: Gerti Leitner – Head of Office Sales, Albert Lampel – Sales Consultant in the field sales (Sales Excellence), Rainer Horak – Sales Consultant in the field sales (Application Technology Expert) were fortunately brought on board and are actively and passionately working hard.

In the last few weeks, the “maxolen” brand in Austria has made it very clear, according to Dersim Stein, owner and managing director of “Max Lehner AG, Switzerland” and managing director of the newly founded subsidiary “maxolen Austria GmbH, Austria”: “maxolen is making a comeback!” The company is sticking to tried and tested products such as quality, functionality and the good price-performance ratio. “Our own presence as a manufacturer with direct sales on site in Austria opens up completely new possibilities for the distribution of our products, which will also be reflected in the presentation of the entire product range in the future. The customer has the primacy of choosing what suits them best from a larger portfolio – this in conjunction with the usual professional support and adequate advice from long-standing sales consultants on site. The decisive factor in our future orientation on the Austrian market is also what the customer and the market expect from us and how we can best meet these expectations,” says Stein.

Dersim Stein also stresses that Max Lehner AG, in its capacity as manufacturer and parent company, stands behind the wholly owned subsidiary “maxolen Austria GmbH” in all matters and will actively support its further growth. Parallel projects are underway to set up a European warehouse at Schenker in Salzburg, which in future will serve not only Austria but also duty-free trade within Europe, thus providing a secondary benefit in the strategic direction.

“With this declaration in action, we want to adequately and sustainably restore the trust that our customers and partners in Austria have partially lost in the maxolen brand and also send a clear signal to the market,” said Stein. The maxolen brand is now slowly but surely “back on track” in Austria with authentic products exclusively distributed by “maxolen Austria GmbH” after an unsuccessful succession plan for the long-term import partner and its dissolution due to insolvency. We are working intensively on the operational setup of the subsidiary, which is intended to make up for the lost ground and scorched earth of the predecessor activity and which, continued Stein, “will make maxolen stronger and also better in Austria than before. I am delighted to be able to strengthen the team in Austria in management and also contribute to the European strategy. Albert Lampel, Rainer Horak and Gerti Leinter all have sound industry and practical experience and, for historical reasons, are also very close emotionally connected to maxolen. The team has repeatedly demonstrated its strengths in working together. I am convinced that the new formation will shine in its old freshness on the market with maxolen.”
